Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Grace began her career as a Chef in the picturesque town of Old San Juan. After 10 years working in kitchens the time was up to try something different. Inspired by the colorful architecture and tropical flavors of their home, Lex and his assistant developed The Grey Dog Ice cream lab. An homage to their lifelong friendship and the things they have discovered and loved.
